macOS 12 or later. There are two files, one for each kind of Mac.

M1 and later, from late 2020.

Macs from before late 2020.

Not sure? Click the Apple menu in the top left and choose “About This Mac”. If the name next to Chip starts with Apple, take Apple Silicon.

Windows 10 and 11, 64-bit.

Opening it the first time. Windows may say it protected your PC. Click “More info” and then “Run anyway”.

AppImage, 64-bit.

Starting it. Make the file executable (right-click, Properties, Permissions) and open it. There is nothing to install.

After opening it you log in through your browser, so your password manager and passkeys just work.

No tab that disappears among twenty others. Smallist sits in your Dock or taskbar.

Reminders arrive as ordinary notifications, even when the window is closed but the app is still running.

Whatever you are doing: press ⌥⌘N on a Mac, or Alt+Ctrl+N on Windows and Linux, and write down what comes to mind.
