For everything you would otherwise have to remember

Write it down.Let it go.

Everything you would otherwise have to remember fits in one line. Smallist puts it in the right place, reminds you in time and keeps your head free for the rest of your day.

Try it here. Sample tasks only, not saved to your account.

01 / Get it out of your head

One line.
Everything in place.

Date, time, priority, tag and list: type them in one go. See what Smallist understands before you add the task. In English and Dutch.

02 / Overview

Everything in a row.

Today for what counts now, Upcoming for what is on its way and Someday for what can wait. Your lists keep work and home apart.

Where your thumb is.

Checkboxes on the right on your phone, on the left on your laptop. Choose separately for each device.

Try moving the checkboxes

A curtain over your lists.

Lock the app with what your device supports: a fingerprint, face recognition or a passkey. You choose when, per device.

03 / Done for today

Done is done.

Today also shows what you have ticked off, not just what is left. When everything is done, Smallist simply says so. Not everything at once. One small thing at a time.

04 / A helping hand

Your assistant.
Your real lists.

Connect your list to Claude once. Ask what is on today, or have tasks added, moved and ticked off. Changes appear in your open app straight away.

How to connect it

Claude works in the same lists you use in Smallist.

Good to know.

Do I need Claude?

No. You can manage your tasks directly in the app. Connecting Claude is an optional way to work with your lists.

Can I work offline?

You can read recently viewed screens offline. Adding, editing and completing tasks currently requires an internet connection.

Does the app lock encrypt my tasks?

No. The app lock hides your lists on that device. It is not end-to-end encryption of task content.

Are the tasks on this page saved?

No. The sample tasks exist only on this page and disappear when you reload. Nothing is sent to your Smallist account.

What happens to my free account once Premium exists?

Nothing. Limits only block creating new lists or areas; existing tasks, lists and headings always stay intact, even if you cancel premium later.

What happens to my data?

Your tasks are yours. They’re stored on servers in Germany, there are no ads, nothing is sold on, and you can export everything whenever you want.

Can I bring my current lists?

From TickTick, yes: upload the CSV, see exactly what’s about to be created, and only then confirm. More apps will follow.
